Hypnotherapy Session

We establish what the issue we want to work with on a subconscious level is,  and re-program the mind in hypnosis. Depending on the problem, one session might be enough, or it can be a series of sessions.  There will be an introductory session without hypnosis first.  This is suitable for working with limiting beliefs, emotional distress, phobias, bad habits or to improve performance in all areas of life. 

Deep therapeutical work with old traumas, regression therapy and gestalt therapy dream work will award you with a new approach and in search of an increased appetite for life.

Reiki Session

Reiki is pure energy healing, with no words. The healer becomes a channel for the universal light and love and you receive what you need, where you need it.  This is surprisingly powerful and very profound. Many people see colours, feel heart-opening, tingling sensations where the energy starts flowing freely again.

Hypno-Vision Healing Session

This treatment is a hybrid between hypnosis and reiki healing/ energy work, proven very effective since the conscious mind gives way for intuitive healing. It is a re-set on all levels; mental, emotional, physical and energetic. 
The result is usually deep relaxation, clarity and happiness. You just open up and receive and don’t have to talk.

Animal Therapy for kids 
(suitable age 6-12)

Is your child experiencing stress, anxiety, or appears disconnected from the natural world? Does he or she spend too much time in front of the computer? Eats unhealthy? Maybe a bit moody and uncooperative, or unmotivated to do well in school? This might be a welcome, kind, and loving intervention. Give your child an non-invasive incentive to increase their joy of being alive. Almost all children are naturally drawn to animals, for their healing and grounding properties.  With close contact to donkeys, cats, birds and dogs in a natural outdoor setting, we have a fun, but sincere session, where the child gets an opportunity to vent feelings with an unbiased, caring adult. The parent can be present as well, of course.
